Orecchiette with Vegan Bolognese
Ragù is a delicious way of preparing meat sauce. Ragù is traditionally made by boiling different meats (pork, beef, turkey, lamb) in a large quantity of tomato sauce. Our recipe is lighter but not less delicious. It is a tasty and very simple Italian recipe called by many people "Bolognese" but the real PLUS is that's completely VEGAN!
Preparation: bring 3 and 1/5 cups (0,75 Liter) of water and 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Add the contents of the package, cover and cook until most of the water has absorbed.
Useful tips: serve with Pecorino cheese and black pepper.
Wine suggestion: Chardonnay or light bodied white wine.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina pasta, tomato, soya, herbs, salt.
