You can make this one your own! If you love spinach, add some! If you want a flavored olive oil, like garlic olive oil* or you think you want some spice in your life, add some harissa olive oil*. There really is no wrong way going about this recipe.
What you will need:
3 Tbsp Medium Intensity; Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Bunch Asparagus, Cleaned and halved
Salt and pepper to taste
Thinly slice a baguette, arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Brush with medium evoo* and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 425 degrees F until lightly golden, about 7 minutes. Let cool slightly.
Toss halved asapragus spears with medium evoo, salt and pepper on baking sheet. Roast at 450 degrees F until slightly crisp, about 7 minutes. Spread softened butter on the toast rounds. Top with sliced prosciutto and the roasted asparagus.
